You Have the Games. Play Them.

Alert! Alert! Calling all Evil Guppies! The Electronic Media Preservation Society needs our help! The evil Bak'laag is collecting energy from unplayed and unfinished video games to create a bore-bomb which once detonated, will cause every person in the world to never play another video game again! How can you, our faithful Guppies, help the EMP Society stop this evil creature? Play your games! And a great way to keep track of which games you've played, beaten, and even 100% completed is to create a profile on backloggery.com and use it. The Backloggery is a simple to use website that lets you input your games collection and include as much or as little information about them as you want. You can keep track of your progress in a specific game, list newly acquired games, include your review scores, or go as basic as just including the games' titles.

Many of our Guppies already use Backloggery (check out the Team [GPY] page for links) and it's a great resource when it comes to planning official GPY game events. Simply browse members' Backloggery pages and you can see just how many Guppies own a particular game (or even how good they are at that game). So if you haven't created a profile yet or haven't completed your game collection, get to it because the EMP Society needs all the help it can get to defeat the evil Bak'laag and save the world from a future with no video games!

  1. Being that I have had an account for nearly 4 years, I concur that Backloggery is a great way to keep up with what other online friends are playing. Love it!

  2. Just like with Twitter, Usagi convinced me to join Backloggery a day later. I love the out of date screenshots. XD
